Nostalgic painting of a barn interior with a rooster, chickens and chicks. Artist "W.L." may be William Lionel Wyllie who is a celebrated marine artist. He did paint a picture titled "Chickens" but I could not find this painting by him or anyone. Maybe this windmill owner is sitting on a valuable long lost painting!
