Mission Nuestra Señora de la Purisima Concepción de Acuña was dedicated in 1755 and is the oldest unrestored stone church in America. The colorful geometric designs which covered its surface over 200 years ago have worn or faded away but original frescoes are still visible in several of the rooms.
