While walking along the San Diego River Trail, I came to the area that goes under the Hwy 163 freeway. While it was sketchy with a half dozen homeless tents and a few people milling around, it was midday and I did not feel threatened. I would not, however, venture down there after dark.

Most of the area was painted with graffiti and most of it was just that, graffiti. This blue-haired lady clearly stood out as a work of art.
