This Little Gem Magnolia is just outside our front door. 10’ wide x 20’ tall. In about 10 years. I’ll wait.

Little Gem is a dwarf cultivar of the Southern Magnolia and can flower in 2-3 years while the Southern Magnolia may take 12 years.

I've been trying to get a decent shot of this beauty for 2 years. This will do, for now. Unfortunately, it is an iPhone photo so 8x12 is about as big as it can go.
